On June 24, 2022, the Credit Contract Signing Ceremony for RT Energy's Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Project took place at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) - Hanoi Branch. The total contract value reached nearly 700 billion VND.
The signing ceremony was conducted between representatives of the leadership of Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Company Limited and BIDV Bank - Hanoi Branch, under the witness of a large number of officials and employees of the two businesses.
Attending the event were Mr. Ta Anh Tuan - General Director of Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Company Limited; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung - Deputy General Director of Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Company Limited; and Mr. Le Huy Hoang - Director of BIDV - Hanoi Branch.

The ceremony played an important role in the development of Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power, marking the result after 3 months of studying documents, appraising projects and negotiating contracts between the parties. At the same time, the event also contributed to affirming RT Energy's capacity, reputation and ability to finance plant operation.
Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Project is invested 1150 billion VND, with own capital and commercial loans, built on an area of 30ha in Quan The 1 village, Phuoc Minh commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province. The plant with a total capacity of 27.2MW is the result of cooperation between investor RT Energy and strategic partners, including: contractor PowerChina Vietnam Limited Company (China); design consultant Henste Engineering (Singapore); and supervision consultant Rina (Italy). After coming into operation, the project will add a significant source of clean energy to the national electricity network, ensure energy security, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the whole country; at the same time, bringing in an average annual revenue of 190 billion VND, contributing to the local budget more than 40 billion VND.

At the ceremony, representatives of Adani Phuoc Minh Wind Power Company Limited and BIDV Bank - Hanoi Branch expressed their joy and appreciated the successful prospect of the project. The two sides also agreed and expected to cooperate in many future projects of RT Energy.
In the field of renewable energy, RT Energy also owns the Adani Phuoc Minh solar power plant with a capacity of 50MW. In the coming time, the group will continue to invest in rooftop solar power projects in Binh Phuoc; multi-purpose solar power projects in Khanh Hoa and new wind power projects in Tien Giang and Ben Tre. In addition, RT's strategy is to focus on new energy technologies such as storage batteries, hydrogen production,...; building and operating a green industrial park, contributing to Vietnam's goal of being carbon neutral by 2050./ .
